In my experience, just be glad she’s paying rent and hasn’t trashed your place. Tenants can be the worst, so if you get a good one, keep them happy.
You quickly learn there’s a reason some people rent their entire life. Everyone who’s good with money eventually buy their own place, with a few exceptions.
