It's formerly middle class areas being occupied by upper middle class.
America is moving left because of the income inequality gap and the disappearance of the middle class to the upper class.
It's not coincidence that the left is comprised of the ultra rich and ultra poor.

This is one of those statements that seems obvious until someone points it out, and then I realize that I’ve never connected these two dots in this context.
