Anyone remember picantes in carencro? Loved their salsa. Longshot but anyone have a copycat recipe?

Picante was managed by Roberto Cervantes who currently owns Blue Apache in Lafayette (Southpark Village on Pinhook) and Youngsville (by Sports Complex). The jalapeño relish is the exact same as Picante, and I’m pretty sure the salsa is also the exact same recipe. The food at BA is the real deal
