I don’t have measurements. I just eyeball it. I start with whole, peeled tomatoes in a can. I crush the tomatoes by hand then blend until smooth. I add a little garlic, diced red onions and peppers (jalapeño and/or serrano), and cilantro. Add salt to taste and that’s it.
