If Donald Trump seriously thinks he can convince a majority of GOP senators to remove a man from power who’s a brilliant strategist, has insane institutional knowledge and knows how to win in negotiations against democrats, then he’s sorely mistaken.

What rock have you been under for the last 15 years? You really don't have to be flogged with the marxist democrat legislation and actions that have slithered right through Mitch McConnell's senate, do you? I mean you may be right that the majority of republican senators are spineless shitbags just like McConnell, but winning against marxists? Anyone with the IQ of a turnip knows he fought the Tea Party much harder and more viciously than he ever did marxist democrats.

Already addressed this point above.

It may not be great for grassroots conservatism but its great for Mitch and as long as enough GOP senators agree with that, Mitch stays where he is.
