I posted a long time ago that this would affect recruiting a ton. Now we wont just have to map out their athletic development and show how our facilities and personnel will get them to the promised land. Instead we will have to spend our time finding star athlete sponsor packages and outbid the competition...
This also opens the door for the greedy family members that bring their kids to camp and flat out tell you "I want $400K for my kids services."
