Amp Hill was the highest rated receiver of that class.
I cannot think of the receiver's name, but he was from California, and later transferred out.

Lavelle Hawkins. He transferred to Cal, I believe.

Peterman was an OG, I was going to guess Whitworth as he was a high school TE turned OT.
