I had no idea these were even a thing until yesterday. Anyone got one, or planning to get one? The retro nostalgia thing is definitely intriguing to me, and some of the features look good, but on the other hand, $300 seems steep for what you actually get. But then the system is just launching so you would like to assume that offerings will increase going forward. I'm really not sure what to make of it.

I was a kid when Atari was the shite in the early 80s. But I can't think of a single game that I'd want to play from that system. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes of Pitfall or Defender.

If you are just wanting to play retro gamers there are PLENTY of other cheaper options that come with far more games than just classic Atari. I would only be interested in it as a collector's item.
