You don’t think a coach that has been coaching for 40 years and is just finishing up his career at the position you are looking to fill would have a good idea of the type of person you need to fill the spot? Nor that he has connections all over the sport to give you good insight on said people?

He was trying to get O'Connor over here so no I don't think he should have any influence on our hire.
