Sure is, and doesn't know he sucks.
I know I suck, but also know ppl want to see me and hear what I have to say. Yes, I might see someone who looks like they want to be left alone at dinner, in the gym or in the drug store line, but I will go out my way to speak to them since they are too nervous to approach me.
