You forgot major lawsuits as the USSC has indicated not only that the stopping of higher educational benefits as anti-trust -- that the whole thing is anti-trust meaning stopping compensation. The lawsuits are only beginning. The lead attorney on some of the existing cases has said that he is now going after the whole ball of wax and will be amending current suits.
