Pairing in the weekend start highest total to lowest, with the tie breaker being previous rounds score. Brooks had the worst 2nd round of the evens so he will tee first, Bryson had one of the best 2nd rounds for level par overall.

They had no possible way to be paired when Bryce finished even in the morning under par for the round.

Wrong. If players are tied going into the third round then first in last out is used. They are both even, but Bryson finished his third round first, so Bryson tees off later.
