Just looking at pure ceilings though. Bam is a good defender, but he still is an undersized non shooting big. I know Bam was injured, but he really got wrecked by AD in the Bubble League Championship last year. Herro could become 90% Klay Thompson or the next JJ Redick. It’s really tough to tell. Ingram could remain the same Danny Granger type player or make another leap and become 90% Durant. Considering Miami gets the highest ceiling piece, I don’t think they should also get a pick in the deal. Maybe swap 2021 firsts in the deal? Does Miami even have one? If not, swapping out Herro for Nunn might be a solution.

don't waste your breath man. Miami isn't going to trade Bam and the Pels aren't trading BI unless it's for a sure-fire super-star
