One situation, there was this guy at work that people who were the last ones to leave noticed that this particular guy was always still at work.

Evidently his boss was made aware of it and requested IT give him the guy's entry card data. He was staying at work until 8-9PM, would go in on weekends for several hours.. He was spending a lot more time in the office than what he was billing so that raised some red flags.

Without going onto more detail although the dude set up his own wireless so he could look at porn without getting caught, he was saving a bunch of pictures and videos in his folder on the network.

Another situation. I worked a project in which the safety guy use to always flirt with all the women. When the project was getting closer to the end, since he kept asking for an assistant, when they started letting people go, they asked this one girl if she would like to stay to be his assistant.

Him and the assistant (a female) became close and he would tell her everything. There was this girl who worked in procurement who evidently used to be a stripper. She sent the picture to the safety dude and one day he told his assistant about the picture and opened it up on his work computer.

Something happened and the safety dude and his assistant had a knock down drag out over something so she went to their manager and told him that the safety dude had nude pictures of other employees on his computer and that he shows them to people, her being one of them. The safety guy then claimed the assistant had sexually assaulted him and both of them ended up getting fired.
