I don't know why you continue to discuss sports. You obviously don't know anything about them.
No, he's not like Naz Reid other than he's tall and has a good looking shot. He's actually got great post moves in his repertoire and is comfortable playing with his back to the basket. Naz Reid really lacked in that area.
He also plays above the rim better on defense. Naz didn't block many shots. This guy can and he will be a great rebounder as well.

I think they are probably comparable defensively around the rim. Efton is not considered a great shot blocker. Actually, the better shot blocker in this class is Colbert.
IMO, his game is most comparable to Duop Reath if we are using only Wade-era LSU player as a comparison. Skilled and fluid around the rim. Can step out and hit a three, but you're not going to make that a focus of your offense. Tall and long, but not a freak athlete. Probably not as good a rebounder as you might hope for in a 7 footer. But far more skilled around than many that size who are just really tall, but not great "basketball players".
