Putin doesn't have to do that. Biden is a huge embarrassment. He stumbles, stammers and says shite that makes no sense all on his own, without any help from Putin.
I guess its not really Joes fault, but the fault of DOCTOR Jill Biden. If I had the mental impairment that Joe has I would hope and pray that my wife (no pics) would not parade me around town letting me make an arse out of myself. I would hope she would love me enough that she would do everything she could to not let that happen. But DOCTOR Jill Biden wants to be Flotus so bad she will do anything for that to happen.
