That area has gone to shite thanks to dipshit KLB and her enabling of petty crime that leads to the more serious stuff.

The youts come up on the Marta and wreak havoc around Lenox and Phipps. They sit and hang out in the malls with no intent to buy anything. They steal carts and water bottles from stores and harass people stopped at intersections to buy the water. They then leave their trash and cart in the middle of the street median as if they expect someone else to come pick it all up.

When (highly likely at this point IMO) Buckhead City happens, my first action item would be outlawing the water bottle “sales” in the street, then increasing police presence throughout that area to about 3x what it is now. Drive the trash back to where they came from and stop encouraging them to come hang out here.

Saw this literally every damn day. Ridiculous what the water boys get away with. They would walk in between cars as they were stopped at the lights and bang on your car and windows constantly. frick outta here with your warm arse water bottle and pull your damn pants up.

I saw that shite Monday when I was coming into town. They had powerades and Mountain Dew for sale. I didn’t notice anyone doing this the last time I was here but it’s been over a year since I’ve been in Atlanta.
