I’m def not a beagle expert, and have seen many of them with great dispositions.

But I’ve been around 2 beagles that were exactly like this. Both kept inside. Maybe it’s something in a certain line or just a rare personality trait, or something to do with being inside, but I am probably the one person in the world who keeps my head on a swivel around beagles.
