Good point. AND if I remember correctly, either of those actions trigger a mandatory informal AR 15-6 investigation, required by the regulation.
So, yes indeed, because of that automatic trigger in the regulation, there could be an AR 15-6 informal investigation.
I'll stand by my guess that this Officer will remain in command and his OER will contain no adverse information arising out of this incident.
We'll see. I guess it depends on exactly what words and phrases he used. I don't think that saying "white people are a part of the problem" is enough to cause adverse action.
I'm speaking just as a neutral commentator. I am against any and all Leftist developments anytime anywhere.
Can you think of anything that would trigger a mandatory "Show Cause" board for this Officer?
