When I came in the guy asked me what I like and I went with IPA, and then he, smartly, started asking me for further descriptions of the “type” of IPA I liked. I asked him what the most common answer to that question was of people that come in and he said it was “IPA” by a landslide, followed by “Michelob Ultra”. He said the top descriptor for IPA was “citrusy”.
