Have gone to both parks several times each. The old park was great for tailgating and the game day experience. It was around the park and close and everyone had a great time.

The new park is more downtown and big time commercialized. You can’t tailgate close except in a big parking lot across from the back of the park. There are more bars and restaurants closer but that game day feel of the old park just isn’t there.

If you so get to go, do go to the zoo. The infield and right foul pole where Warren Morris hit his home run is still there. Also go to Barrett’s Barleycorn. They love some lsu fans.

Rosenblatt in 09.....every game for +/- 10 days...., TD in 2017 Championship weekend, LSU winning or competing for another Natty..... who cares where we playin?!?!?!?!
Although, we had access to the team in the parking lot in front at Rosenblatt, didnt even look for that at TD, multiple city blocks on all sides, streets blocked off and lined with vendors....as i seem to remember.....big street party even after loss to FL
