Are those the people shooting up the neighborhoods and murdering at a record clip in Chicago, BR, Atlanta, name your city? Nope.
Madison WI had 11 murders last year with a pop of 260K. (Only 4 the year prior)
BR is on pace for over 200 with a pop of 230k.
They are state capitals so are both government heavy. Both run by Democrats.
You tell me what the difference is.

Lol I'm white and live in a republican county ..wanna guess what race is in the arrest report everyday the most?
Not the black people. So should I be blaming my white republican mayor, white republican governor as well? Why are all my fellow white people always getting arrested and burdening the tax payer?
