Thats a racist article. So if black people left america there would be no need to pay for security? So blacks are the only people that rob, steal, and burglarize right?
Maybe it needs to be 400 billion spent on security and all these white boys will stop shooting up schools and churches ala Dylan Roof.
What about the white mafias that had the country in a chokehold for over a century? What about the klu klux klan? They had the police in their pockets.
What about the trillions of dollars spent on the military every few years to fight meaningless wars?
Poor people commit crime regardless of the race. Those statistics prove nothing more than "black people are the poorest race" in America. Poor white people commit crimes, there are poor asian communities with gangs and drug dealing. There are as many poor mexican criminals in texas and california as black. So no you can't fool me with your "statistics". Because your statistics only tell the side if the story you want it too.
In the 40s 50s and 60s black people weren't savage gang bangers that killed each other and everything like they do today. But white people still treated them like shite, still bombed black churches, still burned crosses and hung black people for the smallest reasons, if any reason at all. Whites deployed tactics to prevent black people from voting, and being able to use "whites only" schools, stores, and food.
Its documented fact that the government flooded black communities with cocaine, and THAT is when everything started going downhill in the black community. And THAT is when they decided to have the "War on Drugs" that feed into your beloved statistics.
Poor people all over the world do the same thing poor blacks are doing here the only difference is majority of people here are more exposed to guns than say other third world countries.
You want to talk about statistics lets talk about all time statistics and we'll see who the real "animals" of history are.

Are those the people shooting up the neighborhoods and murdering at a record clip in Chicago, BR, Atlanta, name your city? Nope.
Madison WI had 11 murders last year with a pop of 260K. (Only 4 the year prior)
BR is on pace for over 200 with a pop of 230k.
They are state capitals so are both government heavy. Both run by Democrats.
You tell me what the difference is.
