One thing you can do is make sure you are getting good quality deep sleep. That's the cycle that the brain cleans itself off all the plaque building.

My mother had early onset dementia. I know her lack of sleep (my dad is chronically and never sleeps so she had terrible sleep) and her stress didn't help her any and I believe lead to her getting this shite in her mid 50s.

It really wrecks your family life. I think it pushed my family away from God out of anger. I myself was very angry. It took me a long time to understand suffering. Not sure I fully grasp it now.
