re: Baton Rouge restaurant rec for not too spicy boiled crawfish (taking a northerner)

I don’t find any of the restaurant stuff to be spicy like you get it at home. And people from out of town rarely eat more than a pound or two. So I’d pick your favorite. Your guest will probably eat a few and then order something else.
