The Sellers do not undermine 2nd Amendment Rights; that Right remains for the Buyer. The Buyer can simply buy from a Seller which supports their political ideology. I'm sure some of Biden's Friends are getting in the ammo business, in order to make sure that BLM/Antifa are well-armed...for when the call comes to defend 'Democracy' (pure, Authoritarian version).
The NFL, NBA or NasCar/et al, should not be required - by Law - to serve the interest and beliefs of those who buy their products. It's up to the customer to support or deny demand for said product.
