My first was a Rangers game in 98 when they were playing the Cardinals and McGwire was in the home run race. My dad still gives me shite about it cause he had to take me to the bathroom and while we were gone McGwire hit a bomb. 2 innings later he took me to get some food from the concession stand and a brawl broke out on the field. I was very young so I don’t remember all this but I made my dad miss a lot of action that day.

The first time the Rangers and Cardinals ever played was in 2004. If McGwire played in Arlington it was for the A's
