Rewind.... the barricades were moved, but the DOTD says no: LINK

"the Bayou Manchac Bridge on LA 427 (Old Perkins Rd.) in East Baton Rouge Parish remains closed due to high water. Although water has receded from the roadway, Bayou Manchac must fall another eight inches before DOTD crews can safely inspect the bridge for structural integrity before reopening it to traffic...."
