He can recruit and develop. And, when I say develop, I mean both physically and mentally. He gets good guys in, makes them better at their craft, and builds them into warriors. It's not just Tennessee, but Mizzou, TCU, and Arky. Just go read through his track record.

I do agree that only a monkey could screw up next year as far as the lineup goes. But, I've seen some good lineups screwed up here and we prob need some pitching help for next year - and a revitalized attitude.
