Is Baton Rouge the nations leader in health care fraud? I feel like this stiff happens too often in BR for the size of the city

If we're going strictly on the Fulmer scale, ol' baw arrested/indicted in Tennesee and Alabama (he had practices in both states) gives them the lead. He got popped along with half his damn family.

It's really common everywhere. It is easy to commit and easy to get caught.
I work in healthcare consulting and we often joke that 50% of our clients have been charged with some sort of fraud in the past.
