Nor is unlawfully breaking a window putting anyone in imminent threat of serious bodily harm. No one was in imminent danger. No one could reasonably have been in fear of their life or another person’s life.

You’re dressing it up to try to justify something you would never justify in another setting. It’s an embarrassing double standard.
