Is it hard for you to believe? This happened regularly with the church group one of my podnuhs in high school was in.

That's not the language of serious people. It's the language of individuals in college who need coloring time in their safe space and is pretty much based on the demonization of men. I'm not saying I'd put up with a church that acted that way, but pretending there's some legitimate long term damage from it is silly. That stuff goes flying around the OT every day. No one cares.
