Calvinist believe that some people were born for hell and some were born for heaven, hence the pride and delusions of grandeur. According to their theology, the individual has no choice in the matter.

Technically, they believe a person can do bad on his own, but not choose for good.
What’s never been explained to me is how a person choosing a particular sin isn’t usurping God’s sovereignty?
Let’s say a person chooses to murder someone and God can’t stop him, how is that not usurping God’s sovereignty?
And if you say God ordains the evil, you are contradicting the Bible verse that says God isn’t the author or evil.
