Let these two groups kill each other. American lives and taxpayer dollars are not worth trying to solve a conflict between two groups who think a book written thousands of years ago entitles them to land.

We will never stop funding and helping Israel. Especially not Republicans, but most Democrats in congress are on board with helping Israel as well.

Americans were over there fighting for two reasons. The first is because we have a very powerful Jewish lobby who were all in on Israel because they had developed a distaste for being the victims of genocide. The second is because the Palestinian question is inextricably tied into the wider regional politics, and we had to keep that under control because we needed their oil.
The shale oil boom in America liberated us from the latter and resulted in a cooling down in that region. This opened the door to the historic peace deals that the Trump administration brokered.

If we let loose of Israel's chain, only one of those groups would die. They're trying to live peacefully in a region where no one thinks they deserve to breathe. If they wanted to destroy every country in the middle east, they could.

It’s even worse because they refuse to read the second half of the book that explains how they aren’t special anymore.
