I’d need to see their exact programming to form a true opinion. Jeff Nippard has a good video on YouTube about doing full body training 5 days a week. Obviously killing yourself each day would be detrimental, but the S&C coach hopefully has a proper plan for them.
Ask the players this:
Are they getting 8-9 hours of sleep? Avoiding junk food? Eating enough protein? Eating enough calories with high nutrient foods? Using good form when lifting? Refraining from extra exercise when sore or fatigued?

Cool thanks. I was just curious. Had never heard of any programming like that. They have to track calories and report those. I know I stress sleep at our house.
