The hospital could upgrade to an EC-135 like Acadian uses. It's impressive how quiet they are.

I couldn’t read the article. A 135 is not an upgrade from what? The payload and added space for a 145 is a moot point, unless you’re transporting multiple patients from a long distance.
ETA: If you’re talking about a Bell 407, we will have to agree to disagree on a 135 not being an upgrade.
