I’ll never suggest a diet that doesn’t include meat, but I know that there are people who do the whole vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. So, if it works for you, go for it.

made up credentials: check
requires exclusive supplements of questionable nature: check
some bullshite about alkaline: check
And as an added bonus this guy also claimed to have an herbal cure for hiv.
This is just bullshite.
And to the op: I can try to answer any general plant-based questions if you're interested but I'm not here to push it on you or convince you. To the contrary, if you're not 100% all in with plant-based you likely won't get the results you're looking for and I would actually advise against it.
I find it to be an excellent way to eat for myself and my goals. I don't really lift though or anything like that. Just bodyweight exercises and I ruck at least 100 miles a week on average( I used to run but an injury fricked up my balance so rucking became my substitute). I know there are plant-based lifters out there but I just don't know enough about that to comment. I am not "bulky" by any means though if size is your goal.
There's a lot of bs and myth floating around as common knowledge. So read read read. One thing that "anti-vegans" are right on, though, is that it is a challenging and time consuming diet to do properly... at first. But the truth is that the first part is overwhelming for most people. Something like 85% don't make it one year.
And right off the bat make sure you're supplementing B12 and vit d.
