Yeah we know that. But with the OP's ridiculous question there isn't many answers.

The only angle to this question is a great player in College that is looked at as even greater...or rather like a demi-god.

The fact that Manning didn't win the Heisman and people are now incredulous about it because of his Pro Career almost fits the bill for this question.

But Woodson was the right choice at the time as I mentioned. Manning was obviously a Heisman finalist and All-American but there were a lot of naysayers to the point people were actually thinking of drafting Leaf over him and said Leaf was more talented.

Couldn't beat Florida, couldn't win a Natty, couldn't dominate the SEC. Leaf lost to split National Champ Michigan in the Rose Bowl - and Heisman winner Woodson by a touchdown.

Manning got blown out by split National Champ Nebraska. People forget that Manning's tag was he couldn't win the big games which dogged him for awhile in the Pros.
