I accidentally through my 9 iron in that creek that runs down the right of 8 (I think, really short par 3 with hard sloping back to front green) at LSU in college. It was super super humid, as in about to rain, I hit a bad shot, and swung my club like a baseball bat in disgust. Slipped right out of my hand and helicoptered right into the creek.
Just said frick it and ordered a new one with what was pretty much my entire last paycheck.

On 11 at the Island I was trying to throw my pitching wedge down the fairway but it stuck in my hands and luckily It went over the creek. Drove my truck over after the round and picked it up like nothing happened lmao

Just said frick it and played without a 6-iron for like a year.
