I bet most people wouldn’t look at his pic and say oh, he weighs 130 lbs. it really is shocking how much you have to weigh to get be shredded natural. Imagine how big he’d look if he put on 15-20 lbs of pure muscle. And he’d still weigh 150 or less.

Just a side note on something I discovered this weekend:
A cheat day isn’t worth it.
Ate whatever I wanted on Saturday and ate garbage food the whole day. With a few beers as well, I hit 3400 calories for the day. Only 138g of protein, so it was a shite day of sugar and fat.
Slept terribly that night, felt swollen and achy all day Sunday, failed to complete my workout on Sunday, and today, two days later, my jeans are too tight. They’ve been loose for the past few weeks.
I know it’s not fat gain and mostly water weight that will shed pretty quickly this week, but man, it wasn’t worth it. From prideful weight loss to feeling fat and bloated again after one day. Not worth it.
