Lol. No way that had a chance of passing in Southlake. If it is, in fact, “quickly diversifying”, all minorities added to the community will still have a household income of six figures.

LSUGrrrl same here in Frisco. Housing prices are absolutely insane.. Wish I could retire now, but I have 7 more years to go. Would love to sell my home in this market and move back to the country.. ready to get away from traffic and enjoy some quiet time.
