I lived in that area (College Hills) but moved out in late 2014. I shopped at that Walmart all the time but toward the end I had noticed the "sketchiness" factor starting to increase just a little. I think the last year I was there I was approached in the parking on two different occasions by different "my momma is in the hospital in New Orleans and I just need gas money to get there" types. The six years prior, not a single issue.

I get my pet food there and I’ll only go at 8-9am on a weekday. Once those people start waking up for the day, the place is unbearable.

Like someone else said, the store itself is not bad. Just the people.
