I've gotten 10+ years out of full sized GM trucks (Chevy and GMC). The Nissan products can definitely go the distance as well. The Ridgeline is also extremely reliable.
I wouldn't trust Ram or Ford with that, although I hear Ram is doing a lot better lately.
