In Rouses I was one of only around 4 people in the store with no mask yesterday.
I did notice the mask sign gone from the door and some employees didn't have one on so it's a good start I guess.

In Martin Wine Cellar I was the only 1 out of probably 20 customers and employees without a mask. At least the cashier smiled at me and said their manager said it's ok for customers to be without a mask.

He or she was wearing a mask, so I think you're being hopeful here.
