Did you stop and think for a moment that MAYBE the OP wasn't being dead-on, super-serious when he said that and was just having a little fun? Those kinds of things happen here. Maybe don't take everything so seriously.

And....There is no "State dept" in Louisiana. There are various agencies and the Governor's Office.
