Thanks. I know a coupe people that work for Total and they have been in a spending halt and budget crunch for a little while now. Would not surprise me if Total does pull out... OR maybe the budget crunch is so the CAN invest... hhhmmmm...

Speaking of Total/Tell
This week Total had to declared force majeure on its LNG development in Mozambique. Total had ~$15bn in loans attached to the LNG project.
So on the one hand, def a cash crunch for Total.
On the other hand, Total said almost 90% of the projected Mozambique production had already been sold through long-term contracts in Asia and in Europe.

Those orders will be filled somewhere, maybe Total steps up greenlighting the Tell/Driftwood project?
