With unemployment bumps in pay and stimulus. I imagine many are paying their rent or mortgage.
I think the only ones taking advantage of this moratorium; are in a repetitive status of their non payment of rent status. Carpetbaggers or the poor that will be assisted.

I know one who isn't.....getting ready to serve a stack of papers the moment this bullshite is lifted. Averaging 30 days behind for months now.
