With that being said, you can’t live off $12/hr today. Instead of blaming others for not taking your shitty job for a wage that’s lower than the cost of living, a restaurant owner should be rolling their sleeves up and doing the work themselves on the front line. Owners aren’t entitled to low wage employees.
