Well I clearly said in the OP that it was partly our fault for test driving so many vehicles. Still, from the time we decided on which one we wanted until the time we drove it off the lot, it was over 3 hours.
And we bought it at one of those no haggle places because I hate the negotiation song and dance. We went with them thinking it might go a little quicker skipping that part, and they gave us a higher initial offer on our trade-in than the traditional dealership we contacted Friday. Once they inspected it, they increased their offer, which was more than I would have asked for.
