You’ve gone off the rails. The Maricopa County vote has twice been audited under the processes set forth by an act of the legislature, i.e. a law.
The fact that the subpoena sought to get hold of the ballots and equipment has no effect whatsoever on my previous statement.

The “audits” examined neither the ballots nor the equipment, nor did they investigate whether the election officials complied with existing law in administering the election.
That’s not an audit. That’s the legal equivalent of “because I said so that’s why.” Such a response
should not be acceptable to any functioning adult.
